The name Together As One reflects exactly what I do - weaving together a range of treatments to create a truly bespoke holistic experience. Rather than standalone therapies, I integrate healing energies throughout every session, creating a holistic experience that promotes relaxation while easing stress and tension.
These therapies are ideal whether you're feeling run down, overwhelmed, or managing a health condition - a meaningful addition to your self-care routine that allows you to truly unwind and recharge.
I believe everyone has the innate ability to heal themselves. Sometimes the body simply needs a little support along the way, and that's where I come in. I'm here to hold the space for you - with compassion, empathy and zero judgement - every step of your healing journey. My goal is always your wellness.
Every treatment I give is offered with genuine care, love and gratitude. I'm constantly exploring new therapies so I can continue showing up for my clients in the most meaningful way possible.
My Story
My journey into complementary therapies began 14 years ago through my own search for balance and wellbeing.
As family life changed and my children grew up and left home, I found myself seeking a new direction - one that would become a profound journey of self-discovery.
By chance, I walked past a local college one day, and everything shifted. I enrolled in a course in skincare and holistic facials, and over the following year, discovered that what I was experiencing went far beyond beauty - it was deeply holistic. That realisation inspired me to keep going. I went on to qualify in Swedish massage and Indian head massage, which deepened my understanding of how complementary therapies work alongside conventional medicine.
As a sensitive soul, I was drawn to explore healing on a deeper level. After a life-changing Reiki session, I experienced a spiritual awakening that truly transformed my life - I had found my purpose. In 2016, I became a qualified Angelic Reiki practitioner, and the feedback from clients has been remarkable.
In 2019, I qualified in Reflexology with a merit, completing over 100 practical client sessions alongside an anatomy and physiology diploma.
Since then, I've continued to develop my skills through ongoing professional training, adding Maternity Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift, and Baby & Child Reflexology to my practice, allowing me to teach parents simple techniques to use on their own children from as young as 6 weeks old.
